FAQ
Q: How do I get a price?
A: Every project is quoted to spec. The $500 deposit reserves your spot and is credited in full to your final invoice, fully refundable if you don't move forward. Call (708) 800-7120 or use the 60-second quote form and most quotes go out same day.
Q: What does FEMA P361-21 certify?
A: Tornado and hurricane safe room glazing — rated to survive 250 mph wind and impact from a 15-pound 2x4 at 100 mph. Tor-Gard 30 IG also carries UL 752 Level 3 bullet resistance, so one product handles storm + ballistic.
Q: Max sheet size?
A: 60 inch by 96 inch nominal. Larger openings get glazed as multiple panels in a frame.
Q: Weight?
A: 13.76 pounds per square foot. Your structural engineer needs that number — header and frame loads matter.
Q: Common applications?
A: Schools, hospitals, government buildings, FEMA-compliant storm shelters, any facility needing dual storm and ballistic protection.
